- Report thermostat and humidistat settings
- Report the main or secondary water valve position
- inspect the water heater, water treatment system, and recirculation pump, document status and leaks.
- Check of electrical breaker panel(s) for tripped breakers.
- Run of faucets, flush all toilets, and check for leaks under the sinks and around toilets
- Run of garbage disposal and report leaks and abnormal noises
- Check of refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, and ice bin.
- Check that doors and windows are properly secured
- Check ceilings, walls, and floors for abnormal conditions or stains
- Test occupancy lighting and adjust the timer as needed
- Inspect for evidence of insect activity or pest presence
- Check the security system status and report any fault indicators
Exteriors Inspection
